Khaos (Ancient Greek: χάος), known to the Ogdoad as Nunet and to the Protogenoi as Caligo, is the second born of the Cosmic Entities. She is the embodiment and ruler of the Void. She is a dark goddess with complete control over the Void and the Dark Energy that comprises it. Khaos is a maternal Pantheon Spawner, having created nearly all of the Primordial Deities.
Khaos is based on the entity of the same name from Classical Mythology, Caligo/Achlys from Greco-Roman Mythology, Nun, Nunet, and Neith from Egyptian Mythology, the concept of yin in Chinese philosophy, and the concept of Brahman from Hindu philosophy. She is also based on the Darkness from Eric Kripke's Supernatural, and takes the place of Vishnu and Pralaya from Hinduism.

She is sexless and truly genderless but is often described as the "Mother of All" and given feminine characteristics. Being comprised of Dark Energy, her body shifting to Dark Matter when closer to a Universe, Khaos' body is completely intangible and able to be swum through like water and breathed like air.
Biography
Early Life
Formation
Khaos formed herself into consciousness moments before her younger brother Yahweh in the Empty Void. The two were opposites of each other, he was light and being while she was a literal dark abyss. Despite this, the two got along well enough, finding the good in each other's differences. However, their older sibling Ayin hated them both, their very existence brings pain to the entity and it secretly plots to destroy them both.
Mother Caligo
Seeing Yahweh's first creations, the Primordial Monsters, Khaos became jealous of his abilities. As the embodiment of potential, Khaos manipulated the Dark Energy inside her body and combined it with Antimatter she assimilated from Nowhere. With it, she created the first generation of Protogenoi, spiritual personifications of reality and concepts.
Assimilation of Nowhere
Khaos continued to absorb Antimatter from Nowhere, growing in both size and strength. She eventually enveloped her brother Yahweh and the Primordial Monsters, acting as protection for them. This came at a price, however. As she did this, the Void grew rich with Dark Matter which coalesced into large pockets called Cosmic Singularities. These strained Khaos' body and made the Void unstable and acidic.
Multiversal Progenitor
Helpful Little Brother
Yahweh found these pockets of Dark Matter and saw the infinite potential held within them. Wanting to exploit this potential and help his sister Khaos, Yahweh transformed the Cosmic Singularities into Archangels, entities of pure light and purity that lit up the Void. This act eased Khaos allowing her Dark Energy to return to normal.
Mother Nunet
While the pain subsided, it did not cease entirely. Khaos attempted to form an entity to help her stop creation and end her pain. However, with dark, light must also exist for cosmic harmony. As she was making Apophis, a god of darkness and destruction, she accidentally made a being of light and creation at the same time, Amun. Despite her plan failing, she loved her two new children, which overshadowed the pain of the Cosmic Eggs. Feeling better, Khaos decided to spawn another pantheon. She formed four more entities similar in nature to Apophis and Amun, the first generational Ogdoad. Amun came to Khaos, whom he called Nunet and expressed gratitude for her change of heart. Eventually the two had a child together, they named Serket, goddess of toxins.
Explosions Within
Khaos' continued expansion into Nowhere caused more Cosmic Singularities to form inside her. Yahweh took these again and decided to make something different in place of Archangels. By infusing the Singularities with his infinite cosmic, celestial power, Yahweh caused the dark orbs to violently explode outwards with a Big Bang. The rest of the Void quickly replicated Yahweh's first explosion, spawning several other Big Bangs. Each explosion ripped through Khaos' body in a painful burst, taking her Dark Energy away from her and trapping it inside the new Universes. The pain from the Big Bangs mentally broke Khaos, and she sought to destroy everything her brother built and put an end to her painful creation.
Dark Daughter
She returned to her original tool of destruction, Apophis, and together they made a second. A second generational Ogdoad of darkness, they named Kauket. However, instead of helping, the two gods fled Khaos' Avatar, leaving her in pain and betrayed.
Goddess of the Abyss
Castration of Ouranos
When the Titan, Kronos, attacks and cuts off his father, Ouranos,' genitals, he flung them across the Void. The blood and magic seeped into Khaos' body and impregnated her. She eventually birthed the Gigantes, the Meliae, the Furies, and way down the line, the goddess of love Aphrodite.
Alliance with the Entity
The Entity visits Khaos, mentally feeble from pain and betrayal, and laments with her on her pain and struggle at the hands of creation. The two of them are the same, entities of destruction that are weakened by their bother's light. However, the Entity had a plan to stop this. With Khaos' help, they can make a powerful weapon to tear down all that scorns them, and all it takes is a little of her Dark Energy. She agrees and the two connect together to form their weapon. But, while the two were connected, Khaos was able to see into the Entity's mind and realize his true intentions for this weapon. The Entity plans on destroying the entire Multiverse, including herself. In fear, Khaos removes herself from the unity and angrily storms away, but it is too late, the Darkness has been made and can never be destroyed.
Cosmic Force of Neutrality
Khaos' darkness and hatred towards everything around her makes her attempt to destroy them without the Entity's help. She manipulates the void's Dark Energy to pull at the Universes' pores, attempting to rip them apart, but only aiding in their expansion. At the same time, Khaos continues to consume Antimatter from Nowhere to make herself stronger and larger, inadvertently keeping the Empty Void from retaking the multiverse.
Personality
Khaos, the personification of the Void itself, stands as the living essence of the Abyss. She embodies the duality of being both a Cosmic Entity and a limitless expanse, embracing multiple names that reflect her enigmatic nature. The second entity to materialize, she forms a stark contrast to her younger brother Yahweh, epitomizing darkness to his light and chaos to his order.
Inheriting a multitude of names, Khaos generates offspring from the very fabric of her existence as the primordial Void. Her progeny, though numerous, are met with her distant regard, revealing a complex connection that echoes the intricacies of her nature. She feeds on Antimatter, a cosmic substance, to fuel her growth and augment her strength, channeling its energy into her essence to become more formidable. She creates two distinct groups of children, the Protegenoi and the Ogdoad, motivated by jealousy and pride in response to her brother's Primordial Monsters. Seeking to outshine him and assert her dominion, she engineers her own progeny with intricate detail.
Driven by an innate desire to shield her offspring and brother's creations alike, Khaos resorts to drastic measures. She harnesses Antimatter to envelope her and her brother’s creations, but inadvertently orchestrating the creation of Cosmic Singularities, what is essentially a cosmic tumor. This process not only enhances her own power but also inflicts self-inflicted suffering, as the exploding tumors lead to the birth of new Universes, causing her immense pain and resentment. As these Cosmic Singularities burst into existence, they forcibly tear fragments from Khaos, leaving her body scarred and in perpetual agony. Fueled by this pain and resentment, she harbors a bitter anger, attempting to unravel the Universes she inadvertently spawned, a reflection of the tumult within her.
The Entity, her older sibling, cunningly manipulates Khaos into creating a weapon of mass destruction, intending to obliterate all existence, including herself. This manipulation highlights her vulnerability and susceptibility to external influences, even as a being of immense power.
Khaos's journey traverses the intricate tapestry of her character, marked by her creation, growth, suffering, and manipulation. The interplay between her self-inflicted agony, her indifference towards her children, and her relationship with her brother shapes her unique personality. Khaos embodies the chaos and darkness within the universe, a force driven by both self-preservation and the desire to assert her dominion over the cosmic expanse.
