Light Elves, also known as Alfheimians, the Ljósálfar, or just Elves, are powerful magical beings hailing from the Dimension of Light, Ljosalfheim. They are mischievous and mystical able to manipulate light itself. Light Elves are said to be fairer than the sun but have also been described as horrifying and monstrous.

It is currently unknown how the Light Elves made their start. Some speculate that the Light Elves of Ljosalfheim descended from the Dark Elves of Svartalfheim, before they were known as Dark Elves, millions of years ago.
