History

Early Days

Formation

Chaos Island formed soon after the formation of Discordia through a series of erupting volcanos forming a large landmass over millions of years. Eventually all of the volcanos went extinct or long dormant except for one, the largest and eldest volcano Mount Draco. The land cooled and a small, fertile continent. Millions of years of weathering, erosion, and plants causes large hills and valleys to form as well as large lush forests and grassy planes.

Evolution

The high Magic Potential of the Magic Dimension helped Discordia and Chaos Island to develop. Life quickly sprang forth in the nearby oceans which eventually spread onto land. Similar to Earth, Dinosaurs eventually formed on the island where they thrived. The Magic caused some of the Dinosaurs to mutate into early Dragons, the two groups of reptiles ruling over the Island together.

Magical Enlightenment

Over time, other magical creatures and animals began to form, including Dragon/Horse hybrid animals known as the Longma who grew to be the island's dominant species. The Dragons, now known as Dragonions, slowly became smaller and more intelligent, however slowly more powerless.

Cera Comet Impacts Discordia

Struck With Pure Magic

A comet made of pure Cera Fluid eventually struck the center of Chaos Island. The raw magical radiation of the Cera Fluid immediately changed and distorted the nature of the crash site, creating a miniature alien biome inside the ever-growing hole. The Cera Crater sunk and dissolved the Discordia|Discordia's bedrock until it nearly reached the planet's core.

Longma Evolution

As the Cera Crater expanded it intercepted a Longma Den. The chaos magic within the Cera Fluid, warping and evolving the simple minded hybrids into magical and intelligent creatures able to build a community. To prevent the Cera Crater from spreading, the Longma used their new found power to encapsulate the sub-realm in a magical barrier. The Longma continued to develop underground as an advanced society.

Chaotic Discordians

The Magical radiation from the Cera Fluid in the Cera Crater caused the few mammals to start evolving into humanoid shape, a pattern that spread across the entirety of Discordia. These Creatures were the Discordians, a subspecies of Witch.

Dark Ages

This section needs a rewrite

At the peak of the Dark Ages, magical creatures living on Earth abandoned the dangerous, anti-magic wrath of the Terrans. They created a gateway through dimensions and exiled themselves to another realm. They found themselves on Chaos Island where they joined forces with the Discordians to form a Magical Community.

Uniting the Realms

This section needs a rewrite

Eventually, during Halloween of 1881, Humans and Creatures decided to unite together in the hopes of creating a better story. The portal separating the Elemental and Magic Dimensions was left permanently open and Terrans and Creatures were able to traverse between Earth and Discordia freely.

The Creature Channel

The Temporal Hub

A Dark Elf family got together and opened a film studio on Chaos Island. Over time more people joined and the channel became the central hub of the Meta Timeline. The Creature Channel Studio rested in a large landlocked city on Chaos Island. Eventually The Creature Channel expanded and founded a sister studio, Creature World News that resided in the same city.
