The Prime Universe is the center of the magical Multiverse. It is a large, ever expanding, celestial orb that houses all of the dimensions and realms. From an outside perspective, the Prime Universe, as well as many of its temporal copies, is blue in color. Inside the Prime Universe is a sea of liquid Dark Matter known as the Ginnungagap. It is there where the many realms and dimensions reside. Running through the Prime Universe from top to bottom is the Axis Mundi, Yggdrasil, a living series of Wormholes known as the Bifröst. The Universe possesses a thick outer shell where three magic producing dimensions exist, the Otherworld, Underworld, and Dark Dimension. Aspects of the Prime Universe are copied throughout the Multiverse forming alternate realities.
History
The Birth of the Prime Universe
Big Bang
To protect her and her brother Yahweh's creations, the Primordial Monsters and Protogenoi, Khaos, better known as the Void, began assimilating primordial Antimatter from Nowhere. As she did this, the Dark Energy that comprised her amorphic body concentrated into pockets Dark Matter. Yahweh found these pockets, and while some were transformed into the Archangels, one was used to create the Big Bang. The explosion caused by the Big Bang brought immense heat followed by an immense cold due to its expansion. Instantly the primordial realms of fire and ice were forged in the very center of the universe.
The duality of Muspelheim and Niflheim forces the realms to revolve around each other churning Dark Energy that was trapped inside the universe, creating the Ginnungagap, also known as Limbo or the Unworld. The boundaries of the new Universe established new laws of physics and time. As the universe aged and became more established, cosmic differentials, the first dimensions were forced into existence.
Magical Corruption
The heat of the Big Bang, continues to burn against the Universal Shell, melting it. The particles spread across the universe jumpstarting many of the universes evolutionary patterns. The Celestial Entities used their immense power and primordial celestial magic to create the Underworld and the Otherworld, where they took residence, which charged the Universe with more magic. When the Dark Dimension was created, Dark Magic was also created again charging the universe with more magic, however evil magic. The universe saturated with Magic of all types which warped the universe a a whole creating a new intelligent entity, Yggdrasill, the Axis Mundi, who embodies and commands the Bifröst.
Becoming Habitable
Cleansing Excess Magic and Dark Energy
The Universe was dangerously oversaturated with dangerous Dark Energy and corrosive Magic. Because of that, the universe was inhabitable for all corporeal life. The Celestial Entities joined forces with the Protogenoi to clean the universe. Together they create the Lucifractor, an ancient talisman that absorbs and contains Dark Energy and Magic. As they drained the universe of excess power new cosmic differentials, more dimensions. Magic retreated into the Dark Dimension but also formed the new Magic Dimension. The Dark Energy retreated as well, creating the realm of darkness., Svartalfheim. The use of celestial magic created the realm of light, Ljosalfheim. Without anything in the way, the Elemental Dimension, the smallest and most normal of the dimensions that will eventually hold the Earth.
