Viviana Fang is a Duergar content creator and editor as well as a primary member of Creature Channel Studios. She is a secretive but protective figure of the group who hides her dark past with a veil of motherly kindness. During the launch of Creature Channel Studios, Fang went under the alias Piper Commentates, the name she uses publicly.

Viviana Fang is based on Gretel from the "Hansel and Gretel" fairytale as well as the Pied Piper from the legend of "The Pied Piper of Hamelin." She is also loosely based on Tabby and Melody from the HOUSE video game.

Physical Description

Viviana Fang is a Duergar who often uses her cloaking ability to hide her true form. Her true form has yet to be seen but it can be assumed she looks like an average female Duergar. Her cloaked form is a young humanoid woman with pale skin deep blue eyes and a set of fangs. She has long wavy black hair that, after cursed by Simon Hand, developed a dark blue ombre.

Piper wears many outfits. One of her main ones is a blue striped, flowing tank-top over a sleeveless while t-shirt with black leggings and Nike shoes.

Etymology

  • The name "Viviana" is a feminine name of Italian origin meaning alive or lively
    • The meaning is a testament of her turn to goodness after the death of her parents
  • Her surname "Fang" is a nod to her family having fangs
    • the surname "Fang" (方) is of Chinese origin and roughly means "square" "four-sided" or "room" possibly referencing the four members of the Fang Family
      • Those four members being Victor Fang, Viviana Fang, and their parents
  • The name "Piper" is of British origin and simply means an occupational pipe player and is a nod to her being the Pied Piper of Hamelin in the Meta Timeline
